About this Blog
This blog explores my personal journey through career development. Although I am specifically seeking careers within HR or management consulting, I believe that the career development and OB/HR principles may be of benefit across disciplines. I hope you may find value in the experiences and resources I will provide through this blog.

What You Will Find in this Blog
I seek to offer the following reflections regarding:

• management/HR/organizational behavior principles and theory

    techniques, tools, and practices

• career development and my personal progress

• powerful books that have influenced my personal and professional thinking
